A reception will begin at 6:30am with breakfast starting at 7am and ending at 8am. Afterwards, stay for the State Convention. As Elephant Club Members you’ll be able to attend the State Convention as a VIP Guest which will give you:

• VIP seating near the speaker stage.
• Access to the VIP Area throughout the day located in the Salt Palace. This area will be limited to Convention VIPs, Elected Officials, Speakers & Elephant Club Members. 
• On-site refreshments available in the VIP Area. 
• Premium parking for the duration of the convention at The Radisson Hotel. 

Picking up your VIP Guest Pass

• If you are up to date on your membership dues and RSVP below, your name will be included on the VIP list. You may bring a guest for $350.00 per guest. Guests will need to RSVP and purchase their ticket in advance
• You may pick up your VIP pass at the entry of the Radisson’s ballroom starting at 6:30am. Located on the 2nd floor of The Radisson Hotel in downtown. Signage will be posted to direct you.

• VIP Area is located in the Radisson Ballroom. Signage will be posted throughout the area to help direct you.
